Notes: Harang’s brother Aaron is the No. 2 starter for the Reds. Harang has shown a propensity for breaking down when he tries to be a starter, which limits him to the bullpen. However, he is capable of throwing multiple innings, similar to current Jay Scott Downs. He throws strikes and was actually better against right-handed batters than lefties in 2006.
